Video Conferencing & Meeting Rooms

Make the meeting room work for both local and remote participants with a conferencing setup planned around room size, audio and collaboration needs.

Give every participant a clear place in the meeting

A room that works for in-person presentations may still be difficult for remote participants to hear or see. We design video conferencing and meeting-room solutions, bringing communications and room AV requirements together.

We consider your room layout, camera view, microphone coverage, speaker positions and displays alongside your collaboration tools and network connection. We plan a practical system your staff can operate for everyday meetings.

  • Room equipment considered from the remote participant’s perspective
  • Audio, video and network requirements planned together
  • Controls and operating steps matched to everyday meetings

Your Questions, Answered

Practical considerations for planning this service.

Discuss your requirements
Can video conferencing use our existing room equipment?

Some equipment may be reusable, but compatibility needs to be checked. Share the current displays, audio equipment, cameras and collaboration applications so the proposed design identifies what can be retained.

Why does room audio need its own review?

Remote participants depend on the room microphones and speakers. Seating positions, room acoustics and speaker placement affect what they hear, so choosing a camera alone does not resolve the full conferencing requirement.

Is this different from a wider audiovisual installation?

This service focuses on meetings with remote participants. A wider AV installation can also include video walls, digital signage, auditorium sound and automation. The related AV service covers those broader room and venue requirements.
